- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Enjoyable stay at Deevana Patong hotel and spa
Thank you to the Deevana team for making my daughter and mine a wonderful stay. The room was fine, cleaned everyday and the staff can’t do enough to be helpful and polite . Meals were fine and restaurant meals we enjoyed very much . Pool is lovely and warm , we would definitely go back to Thailand .

Good breakfast comfy beds
Beautiful setting just off from the road so it felt nice and secluded but easy access to the hustle and bustle of Patong
Great location, our room was lovely and had a nice view of the gardens and one of the two swimming pools.
Pool was never busy could always get a sunbed regardless of time of day, good choice of drinks to purchase that weren't overpriced.
Staff very friendly and attentive

Excellent séjour au Deevana patong
Belles chambres ,très bon petit déjeuner malgré la mauvaise fiabilité des machines a café,belle piscine mais dommage il manque des transats et beaucoup sont en mauvais états
L'hôtel est très bien placé pas très loin du centre et au calme et le personnel est efficace et aimable

Amazing holiday
Lovely hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed in garden room which served our purpose absolutely fine. Yes they are a little on the dark side but are cleaned on a daily basis with clean towels and pool towels daily. Aircon powerful so very welcome. Electric mosquito machine with tablets provided which was very welcome.We don’t come on holiday to sit in a hotel bedroom all day. The pool was lovely, clean and quite. Plenty of choice for breakfast with excellent coffee
